Dinner: Cajun chicken pasta with organic spinach fettuccine. Chicken, spinach, scallions, mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers, cilantro. Creamy sauce with basil, fresh garlic, pepper, lime, heavy cream, cajun seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning. Chicken cooked in extra virgin olive oil with a little sazon, cajun spices, lemon pepper spices, sea salt, pepper, mojito, garlic, white wine and lime.
Dessert: Ben and Jerry’s Frozen Greek Yogurt in Banana Peanut Butter flavor. This is REALLY good! Actually better than I expected. It’s really creamy and smooth, with peanut butter swirls throughout. It still has that familiar greek yogurt flavor to it, but it’s pretty amazing.
